Aisha Jumwa Receives Late Night Bad News

Cabinet secretary for gender Aisha Jumwa might find herself in bad hands with the law after a renowned lawyer has moved to court. The lawyer is aiming to sue Jumwa which will make her face the law. This is quite bad news to the cabinet secretary and vocal politician.

The lawyer is aiming to sue her because the third gender rule which is in the constitution has not been reached. This happens when Jumwa is in the ministry that deals with that issue. So she should have taken measures to ensure things work well.

The former Malindi member of parliament of Malindi got this powerful position after Ruto become head of state for our country. She got favour with the executive since she was a close ally of the Kenya Kwaza brigade. Now she has found herself on hot soup because facing the law is never an easy thing.

The CS will have to respond to the things which she will be taken to court for. She will have to find her lawyer also who will defend her since the court will demand that. Failure to do it might be either fined or being taken to serve a jail term as per the court ruling.
