Keter claimed to have coordinated with Dr. Eckard Facharzt, a reputed physiatrist in Germany, and recommended a mental assessment at the esteemed Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim.

In a straightforward message on his X account, Keter conveyed his advice: “William Ruto, while you’re in Germany, remember to seek medical advice at the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim.

I have already made arrangements with Dr. Eckard Facharzt. He is one of the best Psychiatrists in Germany. In 2 weeks, you will be okay.”
