Ruto’s Recent Appointment That Will Surprise Uhuru

William Ruto has surprised his enemies once again as he has gone against all odds in appointing Uhuru’s ex-minister who worked under him in the energy sector for close to ten years.

Mr Keter who previously vied for the Kericho gubernatorial seat has been appointed to be the NTSA chairperson for 3 years.

According to reports inaugurated by the Emoo FM, Keter has been designated to be the chairperson of the NTSA.

His confirmation was made by the President of this country Dr William Ruto through the Ministry of Transport. He will perform in this role for a renewable period of 3 years.

Keter has been one of the culmination men to Dr William Ruto since 2013 when Ruto became the Deputy President of this nation.

During the 2022 general elections, Keter wanted to vie for Kericho Gubernatorial chair but he lost the UDA ticket during nominations to the existing Governor of Kericho County Hon. Erick Mutai. After losing the visa, he never took part in any crusades.
