RUTO APPOINTS UHURU’S CS TO A NEW ROLE

Today, the president of this country Dr William Samoe Ruto has reportedly appointed one of the Uhuru Kenyatta’s CS to a new post on his goverment. This former CS is none other than hon Rashid Echesa.

As reported by the some sources, the head of state has appointed hon Echesa to be the new board chairman of the Kenya Waters Tower Agency. Hon Rashid Echesa will be serving on this position for the next three years. Previously, Echesa served as the cabinet secretary for sports in president Uhuru Kenyatta’s goverment. However, he was sacked over corruption related issues.

Hon Echesa will need now join the list of the former cabinet secretaries who have been appointed by president William Ruto’s goverment.

Others are; Eliud Owalo, Charles Keter, Irungu Nyakera among others. Some have been appointed to different goverment boards. Hon Echesa will now be working hand in hand with the ministry of water.
