Ruto Praises Azimio Team After Their Recent Move

President William Ruto has revealed details of his directive to members of his cabinet weeks after reading a riot act to some of them.

The head of state noted he has given instructions to cabinet Secretaries to go to the national assembly and answer questions from members of parliament about Kenya Kwanza’s government.

According to Ruto, Kenya Kwanza government is open on being accountable and therefore lauding Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition for discharging their constitutional rights.

“Sisi wote tuko na majukumu ya kikatiba and I have no issue with our friends in the opposition they are discharging a constitutional responsibility of oversight and we have even made things easier for them”, he said.

” I have given instructions that members of my cabinet should go to parliament and answer questions from the people’s representatives in parliament cause we believe in an accountable government,” Ruto said”, he added.

His statement comes off following Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s leaders continuous attacks on a section of cabinet secretaries who are allegedly nit familiar with their docket.

It should be noted that Ruto has as well initiated the creation of office of official opposition leader as revealed in the ongoing talks between Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition and Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government via the national dialogue committee.
