MURKOMEN STARTS A MEGA PROJECT WITH ORENGO.

Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen is the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Roads and Public Works ministry. He is also the former Senator of Elgeiyo-Marakwet County.

Few months ago, Murkomen Met with Siaya County Governor James Orengo who had paid him a courtesy visit at his office. The two leaders served as Senators in the previous administration.

Today, a photo of a red-carpeted road resurfaced online. According to a post shared by Joshua Ayika, an advocate at JAB James Orengo on his Twitter account, the road which is 37 kilometres from Ugunja-Ukwala-Ruambwa had been red-carpeted.

This was done few months after the Governor met with the CS to discuss some of the development for the region.
