Last Words of Man Who was Shot Dead by a Police Officer

In Eldoret, a shocking incident unfolded as a police officer unleashed ten fatal gunshots upon her husband, landing her in custody.

The harrowing act occurred on a fateful Saturday night, shattering the peace of the quiet town. The disturbing sequence of events began when the officer, reportedly laden with her service weapon, left work that Saturday.

Marital discord had been festering between the officer and her husband, identified as Victor Kemboi, for some time. Locals, who mustered the courage to speak to the press, divulged that their relationship had been fraught with strife to the point where, at one juncture, the officer had expelled her spouse from their shared residence.

In a bewildering twist, the police officer seemingly orchestrated a sinister reunion. She purportedly lured her estranged husband back to Eldoret, ostensibly under the pretext of reuniting with their children.

The gravity of the incident has sent shockwaves through the community, leaving many grappling with the incomprehensible horror of the officer’s actions.

“Hata kuna siku alimuita kwa simu akamwambia aende kwa sababu watoto walikuwa wanataka kumuona. Hata alimtumia fare. (There is even a time when she called him telling him that children wanted to see him because they had missed him. He even sent him fare)”, said one of residents.

Other residents who talked to the Media alleged that the lady had warned that he would one day kill someone.

The mother to the diseased told the media what her son shared with her on Saturday before the worst happened.

She said her son called her and narrated to her how his wife had changed after coming home from work on Saturday.

He said the wife told him that her parents were complaining About her decision to continue staying with the man in her house.

“Mtoto wangu akiongea na mimi aliniambia bibi yake amekuja na anasema wazazi wake wanalalamika ni kwa nini anakaa na huyo bwana”, said the the distraught mother.
