Murkomen to Take Raila Odinga to Court

Last Wednesday, Demonstrations by the Azimio coalition leaders in Nairobi led to destruction of properties along Nairobi Expressway and other parts.

Transport, Roads and Public Works ministry Cabinet Secretary Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen estimated the cost of repairing the damages to be Ksh 700m.

Today, Murkomen said that he will move to court to sue the Azimio leaders for fronting demonstrations which led to the devastation on the road.

According to video shared by Ntv on twitter, the CS blamed the opposition leader Raila Odinga for the mess along expressway citing that their course for demos was unrelated to the destruction of properties.
