Ruto’s Last Minute Plan to Tame Raila

President William Ruto has implemented a last-minute tactical shift that is expected to subdue any prospective rallies by next week in an effort to fight the already crowded mass action protests organized by the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition.
