NAME OF LEADERS WHO MADE DPP DROP MATIANGI’S CASE.

Dr. Fred Matiangi is a happy man after the office of the Director of Public Prosecution dropped all charges against him.

DPP Haji through a statement dropped all charges pressed against Matiangi over lack of enough evidence.

Matiangi alongside his lawyer Danstan Omari were charged with conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to the law. In addition, he was charged with publication of false information contrary to computer misuse and cybercrime act.

After the ruling, ODM politician and MCA Robert Alai has threatened to reveal influential forces behind the new ruling by DPP.

This comes just hours after Matiangi met Education CS Machogu and Kisii leaders including SDA elders. Alai posted on his twitter;

“I tell you how many State House and Kisii elders’ meetings brought this result? Can I tell you?”

Matiangi according to another publication by the star during the meeting stated that he is not affiliated to any political side and is not part of the ongoing mass action by Azimio.
