Simba Arati to Work With Ruto in One Condition

Kisii county Governor Simba Arati has now promised President Ruto his unanimous support ahead if 2027 general elections under a one tough condition.

According to the video shared, the ODM Governor claimed that, for the first time the South Nyanza leaders have started speaking in one voice despite their political affiliations, he then claimed that if Ruto fulfills the promise of reviving the Nyangusu Airstrip which will raise the economic standards of neighbouring counties he should then count his support.

He promised that if the Airstrip starts working he will not think twice on supporting Ruto.

“Ukituekea Ike airport ya Nyangusu utakuwa umeinua uchumi wa Kisii, Nyamira, Kuria na Transmara. Kwa mara ya kwanza wabunge, magavana na MCAs tumekuja pamoja tunataka kuku-supoort kabisa lakini kwanza uki-fulfill our dreams as a region, we will give you a unanimous support,” Governor Arati said.

This comes after Kisii and Nyamira leaders led by their respective governors joined President Ruto in Kakamega State Lodge where they held a successful meeting that will see them working with the government despite their political affiliations
