I am in Danger – Simba Arati Cries Foul

ODM Governor Simba Arati has begged his Coalition for backing in response to an alleged impeachment plot.

Governor Arati declared himself in danger, citing intelligence indicating a malicious intent to remove him from the top county seat.

But he promised to fight his opponents all the way to the finish.

Say a prayer for me. I’ve witnessed ominous, dark clouds building. There will be a protracted war, the governor declared.”Said Arati.

Following a swarm of GSU officers through his office, the governor first disclosed the plot to remove him from office.

He added that the police, whom he claimed had been transported from Kisumu to the stadium, were awaiting a court order before searching his house and office.

But when Arati addressed the media at the stadium, he said he was being intimidated.

According to him, the officers’ presence is a component of a larger scheme to topple his government.

Arati questioned how the GSU officers had come to search his offices, arguing that the EACC or DCI officers are the ones who should search in the event of any potential wrongdoing.
