CJ Koome’s Performance as Insider Speaks

Court of appeal President Justice Daniel Musinga has addressed the criticisms against Chief Justice Martha Koome.

Justice Musinga, has praised the Chief Justice for his dedication and vision in improving the functioning of the country’s courts.

Musinga commended the Chief Justice for what he termed as tireless efforts in ensuring justice prevails.

Those of us who work with the Chief Justice can confidently say that his vision to enhance the performance of our judiciary is remarkable,” said Justice Musinga according to a post by The Judiciary.

Despite this, a section of Kenyans and Politicians have been critisizing the Chief Justice over his performance. The backlash began when the ruling on the Presidential Election Petition was ruled on in which President Ruto’s win was upheld.
