President William Samoei Ruto has been accorded heroic welcome in Hague Netherlands as part of his official tour in Europe. Ruto arrived in powerful motorcade while moving in black presidential car as shown in the video below.

His arrival reminded many of his ugly past experience when he arrived in Hague as ICC suspect following 2007, 2008 post election violence which claimed several lives and properties in the Republic of Kenya.

As a suspect, Ruto faced hard times with the likes of former president of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta until their victory in the case couples of months later.

While reacting, Kenyans congratulated Ruto for his hard work not only to access his dreams but also to build his by then dying reputation.
