Why Teresia Hid 13 Million Under Her Mattress

A 54-year-old woman has today been arrested when she was in her hideouts in Ngara. According to the source, a daylight drama was witnessed in one house in Ngata when the police officers raided it.

As per the latest updates shared by a well-known source this hour, police officers who arrived in the house were left behind talking after they found Ksh 13 million and several bags of bhang in the said house.

It has also been revealed that the total amount of money was hidden under the mattress. Also, police officers managed to arrest four Suspects. I quote some statement from the source:

“The money was hidden under the mattress in one of the rooms there. The suspects will be in court Wednesday,” DCI Boss Mohamed Amin has confirmed about the total amount of money that was recovered from the said Suspects.

The police revealed very shocking details of what Teresia Wanjiru, the woman who was arrested and charged with drug peddling. Teresa Wanjiru was arrested with 26 bags of cannabis, 4 cartons of rolling materials, 173 packaged sweets and a carton of suspected weed cookies.

Apart from drugs and drug substances that Teresia was arrested with, the police also recovered more than Ksh13Million in cash from her hideout in Ngara. This revelation has then raised many questions as many are asking how the middle aged woman has been carrying out such an illegal business.
