POWERFUL POLITICIAN EXPOSED FOR NOT SUPPORTING HIS KIDS

A woman has filed a multimillion child support case against a former state house official.

In a rather surprising application to the court the woman that demands a total of 413 million Kenyan shillings from the man to support are their three children.

The woman is demanding a monthly maintenance of Kenya Shillings 2.7 million or the deposit of the total amount which sums up to 413 million for the minors until they are 18 years of age.

She says that in case the man prefers the monthly deposit of the money she will want the court to the clear that the money amounting to Kenya Shillings 2.7 million should be deposited not better than 5th of every month.

The requested funds are intended to cover various expenses, including food, monthly shopping, shelter, entertainment, utility bills, as well as staff salaries for a nanny, housekeeper, chef, driver, and security guards.

Ms AK asserts that the respondent is a wealthy individual who operates multiple businesses across various sectors of the economy. She describes him as someone who enjoys a luxurious lifestyle and has a preference for high-quality standards of living.

According to Ms AK’s account, she and the respondent were married in 2015. However, in 2018, he allegedly abandoned his family and neglected his responsibilities.
