MURDER CASE DROPPED.

Earlier on this morning, the Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji made a verbal submission seeking the withdrawal of the murder case against Aisha Jumwa who is the Public Service and Gender Cabinet Secretary.

The issue has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans who have been puzzled by the way the Director of Public Prosecutions has been dropping high profile cases in the past few weeks.

According to the available reliable reports that we have with us from the Director of Public Prosecutions this morning, Noordin Haji has once again dropped another high profile murder case.

The Director of Public Prosecutions, Noordin Haji has withdrawn the Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen’s murder case that was filed against his wife Sarah Wairimu and another co-accused.

The reports that are reaching us is that the matter is to be registered as an inquest by the DPP Haji’s office.

The reasons for the dropping of the murder case against Sarah Wairimu against her husband who was found in a septic tank at their home is still unclear.
