ALL SECONDARY & PRIMARY SCHOOLS TO CLOSE ON THIS DATE

Education has grown to be an essential requirement in the country, at least with formal education one has hope to lead a better live in the future. Education is offered in three major levels, the primary school, secondary schools and tertiary institutions.

The ministry of education is the one that has full control of the primary and secondary schools in the country, the ministry provides an yearly academic calender yo guide primary and secondary schools within an academic year.

The ministry of education provided an academic calendar for 2023 with the dates when schools open for each of the three academic terms, dates they close for halfterms, dates they close for holidays and date candidates sit for their Kenya certificate of primary education and that of Kenya certificate of secondary education.

According to the official school calendar to 2023, all primary and secondary schools are set to close on 23.03.2023 for halfterm which will take three days until 26.03.2023.
