DP RUTO ABUSES CS WAMALWA BADLY

Deputy President William Ruto has stirred up a storm on social media platforms following his response to Defence Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa.

In a rejoinder, the presidential aspirant sensationally said in his culture that men are not allowed to slap women.

The DP’s decision to equate Wamalwa to a woman has not gone down well with Kenyans online.

Taking to social media, they’ve expressed their disappointment at the second in command’s utterances.

“Ruto has no respect for the Luyha nation. That’s why he refers to Luyha men as women. He was not only insulting Eugene Wamalwa but the entire Luyha nation. He must apologize to Eugene and all Luyhas. Sisi Sio Wanawake!”

“I don’t know why we clap and laugh when politicians say nasty things. Worse when they demean a whole gender. I don’t know or care what the beef between Ruto and Eugene Wamalwa is all about. But a national leader calling another “Yule mama” to demean him doesn’t sit well with me.”
