ODM REPORTEDLY KICKED OUT OF BBI AND REPLACED BY NEW TEAM

As speculations about fallout between Uhuru and Raila continue to intensify, it’s now being alleged that Junet Mohammed and ODM are allegedly being removed from BBI secretariat. This comes a day after another alliance was launched in Kenyan political scene. The alliance consists of Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi, Gideon Moi and Moses Wetangula. The coalition brings a merger of four political parties.

Today former director of communications at state house Dennis Itumbi has said that the One Kenya Alliance is meant to replace the whole BBI team. BBI although encompassing plethora of politicians was initially a brainchild of ODM and Jubilee Party under leaders Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta.

Dennis Itumbi claims that One Alliance Kenya is copying everything from BBI. This includes logo and slogan. Going forward, Junet Mohammed and Dennis Waweru are replaced by the alliance as the secretariat for BBI.

Itumbi has also said Mutula Kilonzo Jnr will be replaced from Senate Deputy Chief Whip position and his place taken by a senator from Western Kenya. If Dennis Itumbi assertions are true, it will mean ODM will have severed its working relationship with Jubilee Party.
