ELDORET RESIDENTS IN SHOCK.

Residents of kiptee village in Eldoret are currently mourning the death of a 22 year old woman who was reportedly murdered by her boyfriend after she broke up with him due to unknown reasons.

Family and friends are facing a shocking reality of loosing their loved one. The 22 year old lady named Chepkorir came to her sudden untimely death after facing the wrath of her angry boyfriend.

Kipkirui the said murderer launched at her girlfriend Chepkorir after a heated argument over some unknown issues and butchered her to death. A close friend of Chepkorir Had revealed that the lady had complained of having a series of misunderstandings with his boyfriend but she didn’ t disclose the cause of the arguments.

Further reports received from the another friend revealed that the two had allegedly argued over an unknown incident in a heated confrontation that later turned tragic after the man allegedly butchered the woman after which he fled from the crime scene.

Kipkirui has gone under hiding and is being currently traced down by the police. The Directorate of Criminal Investigations is also making efforts to find the main cause of this brutality.

This incident has sparked alot of mixed reactions from Kenyans who seemed to have been confused on why there was an increasing number murders and suicide which are relationship related.

With a section of Kenyans claiming that maybe this was because of the current situation where alot of Kenyans didn’ t know how to deal with heart breaks, others went ahead and called upon the government to consider introducing monthly mental health sessions in order to teach Kenyans how to deal with certain issues.

” I don’ t understand why other people think that they have more emotions than others and it’ s so unfortunate that he decided to do this, i hope he rots in jail” , Grace Muthoni, one of the area resident stated.
