KCSE STUDENT STABBED TO DEATH BY 27 YEAR OLD BOYFRIEND

A 16-year-old girl and 2021 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidate was reportedly stabbed to death in Kavasya, Kitui, by her boyfriend,27, under mysterious circumstances.

Maluki Mumo, the area chief, reported the incident on Monday night, saying the perpetrator stabbed the victim several times.

According to witnesses, the 27-year-old also attempted suicide by stabbing himself with the knife shortly after the incident.

He was rescued by his neighbors and is currently being treated at the Kitui County Referral Hospital.
