It was sad when to see a screenshot circulating of Othuol Othuol begging 15k from a friend. What saddened the nation is that the person decided to reply posthumously

The comedian who was suffering from brain tumor had been deserted by his friends from the entertainment industry. They only came together after his demise to contribute 1 million shillings for his send off. It’s sad considering Othuol Othuol needed far less than that for his treatment.

Before his death, Othuol had done an interview with Milele FM’s Chris Da Bass where he explained everything.

“GOING THOUGH THIS HAS TAUGHT ME TO KNOW WHO MY REAL FRIENDS ARE. IMENIFUNZA SANA. UKIKUA MGONJWA INAKUTURN YOU INTO A BEGGAR SO WHEN YOU ASK FOR HELP FROM YOUR FRIENDS WANACHOKA,” Othuol said.

He said that his sickness had led to people who were close to him blocking him. Speaking to Milele FM he said, “I HAVE FRIENDS WHO BLOCKED ME AND YOU KNOW THEM.”

There have been allegations that his best friend Jalang’o had deserted him but Othuol set the record straight. “I APPRECIATE JALANGO SO MUCH, OTOYO, CHURCHILL AND OTHER ARTISTES IN GENERAL. HATA SHITI AND MCA TRICKY THEY ARE MY NEIGHBOURS NA WAMENISAIDIA SANA,” he said.

Jalang’o in an emotional Facebook post had addressed the matter.

“So a blogger somewhere woke up and decided that the othuol screen shot asking for 15k is me…You see nowadays am so used to being associated with anything…I woke up and I saw this blog saying ” HOW JALANGO DINIED OTHUOL 15K “

Woow…do you know how you sit somewhere and wonder what you ever did to people..But am used to it now and it doesn’t bother me anymore…They always look for how to bring you down…In our group comedian Kenya SandraDacha has been collecting money from the time othuol was admitted the first time…we have had more than 3 fund raisers that has been sorting his bills…

We have been there to the last minute…But if you decide to associate me with the screen shot who am I to change your thoughts? Not me…Go ahead and associate me…Then come and ask us to add you in the burial plans which happens next Saturday…My life with Othuol would never change
