The CEO of Fionet Security Service, Felix Obazee has ignited a heated debate on social media after employing his son Uyiogosa as a security guard at his own company.

Felix who is a Nigerian man shared a post on social media showing how excited he was.

The CEO shared a photo of him together with his son with the caption that he wants to instill discipline and cultivate the quality of patience in his son.

Many would have given their son bigger post, however, the CEO thought otherwise. He said that he wants to cultivate the quality of hardwork for future prosperity.

The CEO went a head and asked people if they would choose to teach their children their business or just let them lazy around with the idea that they do not want them to suffer

Felix shared a picture of his son donned in the company’s security uniform.

Obazee went a head and thanked God for the grace he has given him to bring up responsible children, the future leaders.

The CEO shared this post on linkedin, that which brought some mixed reactions. However, many did admit that this story truly inspired them.
