Keroche Family And Tecra Muigai’s Boyfriend Disagree on Autopsy Report

The family of Keroche heiress Tecra Muigai and her boyfriend Omar Lali lawyer’s, have failed to agree on the final report of the post mortem, as revealed today on 15th May.

The report from the local media stated that the family representative James Orengo and businessman Peter Kuguru did not agree with Omar’s lawyer on what led to the death of Tecra. The family argued that she was pushed while Omar’s lawyer said that the fall was an accident.

It was also revealed from the sources that autopsy results indicated that there were no injuries on Tecra’s body and that no struggle was indicated before she died.

On May 12 at Nairobi’s Lee Funeral Home, Chief Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor led the team conducting the autopsy and stated that Tecra succumbed to injuries sustained on the left side of her head.

Omar, narrated that Tecra fell on Tuesday 28th April the night they spent together. He said that they had a few drinks before he slept at 1am only to be woken up by noise.

“I heard a loud thud and a single scream. I looked towards where Tecra was sleeping and found out she wasn’t around. I looked towards the staircase and saw her at the bottom. “I tried to conduct first aid by fanning her and later tried to resuscitate her,” Omar recalled.

Omar then called Tecra’s brother and they rushed the deceased to a nearby dispensary where a CT scan was recommended and Tecra was transferred to King Fahd County Referral Hospital.

Tecra was airlifted by Amref to Nairobi Hospital after Omar called Tecra’s mother at 10:30pm. She later died on May 2.

The teams are said to have agreed to meet again and agree on a final report before the burial of the deceased.
