Uhuru Goes After Sabina Chege and Kanini Kega

Despite Nominated member of parliament Hon Sabina Chege ouster from deputy minority whip position in the national assembly, former president Uhuru Kenyatta is once again moving to punish Rebel jubilee MPs.

The former head of state who is the leader of jubilee party has taken an all out war to the doorstep of Sabina Chege and EALA member of parliament Hon Kanini Kega.

Uhuru Kenyatta has sanctioned the withdrawal of Sabina Chege’s nomination and as well seeking to recall Kanini Kega from East African Legislative Assembly.

“Jubilee To ‘Punish’ Sell-outs:Former president Uhuru Kenyatta takes an all-out war to the doorstep of rebel Jubilee Party MPs.

The party has sanctioned the withdrawal of MP Sabina Chege’s nomination, seeks to recall Kanini Kega from EALA”, the report intimates.

This comes in line with Sabina Chege and Kanini Kega’s move of associating Jubilee party with Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza government despite being in Raila Odinga’s led Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition.

The duo has since urged MPs to rally behind president William Ruto and therefore seeking to dissociate Jubilee from Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition.

The move is however being opposed by Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition’s leaders led by former prime minister Raila Odinga and Jeremiah Kioni.
