Kimani Ichungwa’s Hurtful Words to Kalenjin elder

Kimani Ichungwa, the controversial Member of Parliament, got into a heated exchange with a Kalenjin elder during bipartisan talks on Tuesday.

The talks were being held in Nairobi to discuss the ongoing political crisis in Kenya. Ichungwa, a member of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), was representing Kenya Kwanza.

The elder, who was not identified, criticized Ichungwa and opposition leaders for their role in the crisis. Mentioning a number of tribes in particular.

Ichungwa responded angrily, telling the elder to respect his elders.
