Emotional Gachagua Reveals How He Was Stripped Naked in Front of His Children

Kenyan Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua made a shocking allegation on Sunday, saying that the government of President Uhuru Kenyatta humiliated him by sending police officers to strip him naked in front of his children and grandmother.

Speaking at the Kenya Evangelical Lutheran Church (KEK) in Kiolel, Uasin Gishu, Gachagua said that the police officers arrived at his house one night and took him out of his bedroom while he was naked.

“Uhuru sent people to my house to strip me naked in front of my children and grandmother,” Gachagua said. “It was a shameful and hurtful incident.”

Gachagua said that despite the abuse, he has decided to forgive the police officers involved.

“I have forgiven them because I believe that God wants us to live in peace,” Gachagua said.

Gachagua’s allegations have been met with mixed reactions. Some people have praised him for forgiving the police officers, while others have accused him of lying.
