Ruto Forced to Reshuffle His Cabinet

President William Samoei Ruto is reportedly under intense pressure from powerful Western countries to make radical changes in his Kenya Kwanza Alliance administration.

It is reported that the conduct of some of the senior government officials has become under scrutiny even in foreign countries.

This comes after Prime Cabinet Secretary Hon Musalia Mudavadi hinted that President William Samoei Ruto might make changes to the Cabinet in the coming days when he feels that it is the right time to do so.

In a statement on Sunday, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi said that President William Samoei Ruto has been very categorical on how he wants his cabinet to work. He states that Ruto wants efficiency, and effectiveness at all times therefore anyone who goes against will be dropled.

Mudavadi also said that Ruto will not spare any official who will behave in an unruly manner. However, the Prime CS did not disclose when President William Samoei Ruto will make changes in his cabinet.

This comes as reports indicate that anxiety has engulfed senior government officials in Ruto’s cabinet over the looming Cabinet reshuffle. This is after President Ruto accused the majority of them of not being aware of what was happening in their particular ministries.

Kakamega County Senator on Sunday also told President William Samoei Ruto to sack Trade CS Moses Kuria and Energy CS Davis Chirchir and David Ndii over the rising cost of fuel.
