Ruto Picks This Leader to Represent Him in Estonia

In the past few days in the country, much of the attention has been on the Africa Climate Summit which ended a day ago.

It is a summit that dominated headlines in the country and even paired together President William Ruto, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and the opposition leader Raila Odinga.

Just a day after that big event at the KICC, Nairobi, details have emerged that there is another big summit ongoing in Estonia.

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi and other top leaders like Foreign Affairs CS Alfred Mutua were left out as President William Ruto picked Principal Secretary of Foreign Affairs Singoei Korir to represent him.

According to reports, Singoei Korir even delivered a powerful speech on behalf of President William Ruto at the OGP summit in Estonia.
