NYS to Replace Police in State Offices

Maliba, fearlessly Admits that Rigathi Gachagua is in fear of William Samoei Ruto’s Political Tactics. And he is trying to fix everything before the mess happens.

Uhuru Kenyatta was in charge of the Security and William Ruto took the control of Finances in the Country, and that is why he appointed Henry Rotich as the CS for Finance.

“We saw what happened during the Jubilee Administration. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta was incharge of all Security Agencies.”

“And DP William Samoei Ruto by then, he took charge of Finance. And this is what William Samoei Ruto has done.”

“He has left matters to do with Finance to the one Rigathi Gachagua. And he is now incharge of Security. I think there is something happening between the two, which I cannot tell or even speculate.”
