Names of Politicians Who will Replace Expelled ODM Leaders

The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party has been accused of being a corrupt and nepotistic political outfit by Abraham Mutahi, a vocal critic of the party and its leader Raila Odinga.

Mutahi claimed that ODM has expelled several of its elected leaders to pave way for Raila’s relatives and allies to contest in the 2027 general elections.

According to Mutahi, ODM has expelled Hon. Jalang’o from Langata constituency to make room for Winnie Odinga, Raila’s daughter. He also alleged that ODM has expelled Hon. Ochanda from Bondo constituency to favor Jaoko Oburu, Raila’s nephew. He further stated that ODM has expelled Hon. Odhiambo from Gem constituency to support Jalang’o Midiwo, Raila’s cousin. He added that ODM has expelled Hon. Caroli from Suba South constituency to endorse John Mbadi, who he said has no track record after serving for 15 years.

Mutahi’s allegations have sparked mixed reactions from Kenyans, with some supporting his views and others dismissing them as baseless and malicious. ODM has not yet responded to Mutahi’s claims.
