Ruto’s Bodyguard Recent Move Shocks Many
President William Ruto’s Aide-de-Camp, Colonel Fabian Lengusuranga, wore a suit instead of his military uniform to an interdenominational prayer service in Kanduyi, Bungoma County. This was a departure from his usual attire, which is a military gown with a green beret.
The church function was not an official event, so Colonel Lengusuranga opted to wear civilian clothes. He wore a white shirt with a navy blue suit, but he did not wear a tie.
Colonel Lengusuranga is expected to go back to wearing his military uniform when President Ruto resumes his development tour of the Western Kenya region on Monday.
- Colonel Lengusuranga is a clean-shaven military officer.
- He was standing pensively behind President Ruto during the church service.
- President Ruto was in a jovial mood and was sharing light moments with his deputy, Rigathi Gachagua.
