Politicians Who Skipped Ruto’s Tour in Western

Prime Cabinet Secretary Mudavadi has condemned Western region leaders who skipped President William Ruto’s tour. He said that the tour was aimed at enhancing regional unity and collaboration with the national government, and that skipping it was a mistake.

Mudavadi also warned the leaders that they should not be misled into boycotting future events, as this could lead to them losing out on opportunities.

He said that the President has a lot of faith in the people of Western Kenya, and that they are ready to support his agenda of transforming the economy of the country. Mudavadi reassured the Head of State and his government of full support from the leadership and the people of the region.

“I want to warn them as early as this, they should recall what happened to some of us in the run-up to the repeat Presidential elections of 2017, when our captain by that time misled our supporters to boycott and we all ended up losing,” he added.
