50 CASs To Be Appointed to New Roles

The Head of State, His Excellency William Ruto has now delivered good news to all the 50 allies who lost the Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) positions following a ruling by the High Court.

Early this month, the High Court, through a 3-judge bench declared the creation of the 50 slots for the CAS unconstitutional, rendering all the appointed members jobless.

Speaking while in Coast, President Ruto affirmed that those he had appointed to the CAS positions have nothing to worry about.

He affirmed that he’s aware of their contributions during the campaign period and will therefore not leave them out when others are getting a share of the government bread.

On that regard, he stated that he’s already crafting a plan to ensure that they all find somewhere in government to hang on in oder to give their contributions towards the Bottom-up Economic and Transformation model.

Further, he assured all his allies who’re yet to find a government position that he’ll definitely accommodate them but they have to be a little bit patient with him.
