Miguna Speaks of Succeeding Chebukati as IEBC Chair

Kenyan-born Lawyer Miguna Miguna was devastated after he missed the DPP position where he was aiming to succeed Noordin Haji.

Speaking immediately after the shortlisted candidates were made public, Miguna revealed that he was one of the most qualified candidates having 3 degrees and 28 years of practice as barrister in Canada.

Miguna was asked if he would be going for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chair which fell vacant after retirement of Chebukati.

The vocal lawyer flatly declined noting he was not interested in working with the electoral commission.

Miguna further threw a jab at COTU Boss Francis Atwoli who was on the DPP selection panel terming him as lacking soft skills.
