Maina Njenga’s Whereabouts Revealed

Popular city lawyer Ndegwa Njiru has expressed his dismay over the way his client, a former head of the Mungiki tribe named Maina Njenga, has been arrested since Thursday under mysterious circumstances.

The city attorney has asserted, via his official social media sites, that the former contender for the Senate seat representing Laikipia County has been absent ever since he was arrested.

According to Njiru, Njenga was not booked at any of the country’ s police stations, despite the fact that the law mandates that they do so. According to him, the former leader of the Mungiki was kidnapped using Subarus that had licence plates from another country.

He asserted that we have returned to the dark days of the KANU administration, in which people were jailed without any form of trial.

” Good morning Kenya the days of detention without trial are here with us. My Client Maina Njenga is still missing.

He was abducted by police whose Subarus had South Sudan registration number. He was never booked in any police station” he posted on his official social media pages.
