Wetangula Breaks Silence, Issues Advice to Uhuru

National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang’ula has advised former President Uhuru Kenyatta to steer clear from politics. His sentiments come after the former president broke his silence when police officers raided the residence of his eldest son, Jomo, in Karen.

“Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta, cast away from your unhelpful rage and vitriol, borrow a leaf from retired President (s) Daniel Moi and Mwai Kibaki and enjoy peace, calm and much more in retirement. Politics will ensnare you,” the vocal Speaker said.

Various Kenya Kwanza political bigwigs are trying to sanitize the governments move to raid Jomo who is president Uhuru’s son’s private residence.

With the interior CS Kithure Kindiki confirming a raid in Karen, many Kenyans are waiting with bated breath for utterances from the incumbent Head of State President William Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua after Uhuru dared them to come for him last night.

The Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi is also yet to break his silence on the matter with many Kenyans citing that he is a happy man in the government and sober to avoid unnecessary attention.
