Pauline Njoroge Arrested

News reaching Challyh News desk is that popular blogger and political commentator Pauline Njoroge has been arrested.

Njoroge is said to have been arrested by Watamu DCI officers, in Kilifi County.

An officer aware of the developments said they wanted to talk to her in connection with a tweet she had posted.

“There are things we are checking with her,” said an officer who asked not to be named.

She has been an ardent critic of President William Ruto’s administration and her last post was calling out what she termed as police brutality in Nyanza region.

A few weeks ago, Pauline Njoroge trended for revealing that she had been offered Ksh500,000 to join UDA blogging camp but declined.
