You can get your credit report by sending an email to creditbureau@metropol.co.ke. It takes one to three days to be cleared off CRB. When you have a positive listing you will be issued a clearance certificate.

For example, when you are listed by a lender like Branch, or Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), or Shika, it will take one to three days for the CRB to clear your name. Make sure you have a positive credit score this year.
