UHURU CALLS KENYANS FOR DEMONSTRATION.

Former President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee Party will be part of the opposition’s next plan of action against William Ruto’s government.

Jubilee Party’s top brass today Monday December 5 announced their willingness to join country-wide public rallies to be started by Raila Odinga this week.

Secretary General, Jeremiah Ngayu Kioni, announced that they will be available as soon as their Orange Democratic Movement ODM Party brothers call upon on them.

Kioni, who recently seemed to have taken issue with ODM’s decision to hand the EALA seat to Raila’s daughter Winnie, has apparently changed tune and is willing to continue with their Azimio la Umoja gospel three months after the August elections.

The former MP for Ndaragwa affirmed that, if required to support the course, they will be more than ready to start the rallies together.

First political gathering by Mr. Odinga is scheduled Wednesday December 7 and will be followed by a series of other similar meetings that will center their discussions on the state of governance in the country.

“If it is a rally that we will need to attend as members of the opposition then we will attend. I am sure we will get communication from Raila Odinga,” Kioni told Spice FM.

He went ahead to promise that he will be reaching out to Odinga so that Jubilee can be provided with the full schedule of the planned meetings.

Just last Saturday, Jubilee leaders had indicated that they will not be dragged into opposition leader’s political activities which they had termed as a ‘waste of time’.

KANU Party led by Gideon Moi would shortly join the debate by condemning Raila’s new plan of activities.
