KOOME REVEALS GROUND BREAKING PLAN AFTER MARTHA PETITIONED THE CASE.

In response to Martha Karua’s petition to the East African Court of Justice challenging the Supreme Court, President of the Judiciary and Chief Justice of the Republic of Kenya Martha Koome (EACJ). She might have traveled with Muslims for Human Rights to challenge the Court.

After the presidential debate on August 9, the leader of the NARC Kenya party asserted that the Supreme Court was founded on prejudice and racism. President William Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza was declared the winner by the IEBC after bitter opponent and presidential ticket Raila-Martha Karua under Azimio filed the challenge.

Prior to filing the petition, Citizen TV spoke with the Chief Justice. Koome presents evidence in support of the court, arguing that the petition verdict was granted lawfully.

She said that some of the 34A forms that Azimio had offered as proof were hearsay. The forms offered, the Chief Justice said, were photo-shopped to support their assertions. The petitioners claim that Form 34As were changed in a way that helped President William Ruto win the election.

However, she continued, “the Court went further to check the original Form 34As in order to compare with those Forms which were allegedly interfered with, and the Court found that those forms were genuinely photoshopped.

The CJ claimed that the Azimio la Umoja Coalition’s usage of the term “Hot Air” throughout the petition demonstrated their continued disrespect for the legal system.

Each of those conclusions is supported by the decision’s reasoning if you read it carefully, which explains the court’s comments. She continued by claiming that even though it’s conceivable that some people were offended by those English proverbs, they weren’t intended to be.
