MAJOR DRAMA IN COURT AGAIN

There was more drama at the Supreme Court after Azimio’s lawyer popped up with more pieces of evidence, suggesting that some form 34As forms were cooked.

It all started with the lawyers saying that the name of Jose Camargo had appeared on one of the forms from a polling station on Mt Kenya, which made them believe that the Venezuelan decided the president-elect William Ruto’s win.

However, after Kenya Kwanza’s lawyer explained before the court why and how the name of the Venezuelan had appeared on the form, Azimio’s legal team led by Philip Murgor popped up with new pieces of evidence to support their claims

This time around, the Azimio lawyers claimed that agents who signed the said form 34A signed on date 7 of August yet the election happened on August 9.

According to Murgor, the controversial date is a clear indicator that the form was not genuine.

He drove his point home by using common Swahili saying, “Siku ya nyani kufa, miti yote huteleza” which literally implies that if an end of something has come, there is nothing that can be done to stop the ending.
