KENYANS ORDERED TO RELAX AFTER DETAILS OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON MONDAY LEAKS

As the troops of lawyers have a mind battle in the supreme court, many continue to raise their eyebrows if what is going to happen should the supreme court come up with a decision that would in turn Ruto’s victory for a re-run of election.

Today, it has been the day for the both camps of the legal lawyer teams to answer questions imposed to them concerning the petition case and what they alleged to the Supreme Court.

Tentatively speaking, they are leaving hints that one of the parties might not be happy with the judgment rendered by the seven benches of judges.

The decision could be interpreted in one of two ways, upholding or invalidating the election results.

Raila Odinga and his supporters will find it difficult to accept the first scenario, but they will finally do so since the Supreme Court’s decision is binding.

In the event of nullification, the court is required to order a new election, which in this instance might be a neutral decision as neither Raila nor Ruto will have been declared the winner.
