RAILA ODINGA TO BE ARRESTED.

Opposition leader Raila Odinga has come under sharp criticism following his Madoadoa remarks during a campaign rally in Wajir on Wednesday, March 9.

Raila’s remarks that were perceived as inciting come about a month after Meru Senator Mithika Linturi was widely condemned for using the term Madoadoa which he uttered during a United Democratic Alliance rally in Eldoret , Uasin Gishu county.

According to the video clip that has gone viral, Raila is heard urging Wajir residents to vote for all Azimio la Umoja candidates vying for all six elective positions, popularly known as the six-piece voting style.

“Hatutaki madoadoa katika kaunti ya Wajir, tunataka viongozi wote wachagulie ndani ya Azimio (We don’t want to see patches in Wajir County, we want all Azimio la Umoja leaders seeking elective seats to be elected uniformly),” Raila was heard saying.

Despite the Opposition leader expounding on his madoadoa context, Kenyans online demanded that he be arrested like Linturi was apprehended on grounds of uttering incitement remarks.
