SAFARICOM DROPS A MAJOR WARNING ANNOUNCEMENT

Kenya’s leading mobile service provider, Safaricom has warned its customers against sharing their information with unauthentised/unofficial pages purpoting to be Safaricom.

Speaking via its official Twitter page, Safaricom underscored that @SafaricomPLC is its official, verified page on all social media platforms.

The mobile network provider urged its customers on use the official page when sharing their information, maintaining that it is the online communication channel it uses to share its latest news and updates as well as providing online support to customers.

“Our official and verified pages on all platforms are @SafaricomPLC where we share latest news and updates and provide online support to all our customers. Do not share your information with any other pages claiming to be Safaricom,” Safaricom stated.
