SAFARICOM INTRODUCES NEW WAY OF REVERSING MONEY SENT TO WRONG NUMBER

Kenya’s leading mobile service provider Safaricom has breathed a sigh of relief to a myriad number of its customers after introducing a new way of reversing money once it’s send wrongly.

Speaking via its Twitter page, Safaricom announced the introduction of Safaricom chatbot, Safaricom Zuri as the new alternative maneuvre way to followed when seeking money reversal services.

Safaricom undescored the authenticity and reliability embodied in Safaricom Zuri urging customer to worry not when requesting for money reversal.

Safaricom gave a glimpse of the criteria to followed when using Safaricom Zuri as the option of seeking money reversal services, urging customers to send the message “Fare Imetumika” to Zuri.

‘Ukituma pesa kwa wrong number usistuke coz zuri got you. Just text her “Fare Imetumika” to reverse M-PESA,” Safaricom stated.

Forwarding the Mpesa message or transaction code to 456 via SMS is the other mechanism of seeking money reversal services.
