SAFARICOM SENDS A STERN WARNING TO CUSTOMERS.

Safaricom has warned its customers against sharing their personal details/information with unverified pages claiming to be Zuri.

“Do not be conned,” Safaricom stated urging customers to share their information with the official authentified Safaricom Zuri, citing it as its official chatbot.

Safaricom articulated that Zuri has been verified on various social media pages amongst them being Facebook and WhatsApp.

“Beware of any fake pages claiming to be Zuri. Our chatbot’s official pages are Safaricom Zuri and are verified on Facebook and Whatsapp,” Safaricom warned.

In an effort to maximise easy accessibility and identification of the official Zuri accounts, Safaricom underscored that a tick immediately at the tail of the title “Safaricom Zuri” signifies the official verified Zuri account on the social media platforms.

“Zuri’s official communication channels are Safaricom Zuri which are verified on all plartform. Do not share your information with other pages,” Safaricom stated.
