Meet Lucia, the only Mzungu female matatu tout in Kenya
Lucia Murotto a down to earth makanga who is working with Smoke city matatu Sacco, has won the hearts of many passengers especially those who use Kitengela route.
Lucia recently revealed that her job pays nicely, she said that her bad day earning is actually sh2,500.

The mzungu makanga said that her parents wanted her to be a nurse or doctor but instead she followed her passion.
“THE PAY IS GOOD.I MAKE SH2,500 PER DAY DURING LOW SEASONS BUT EVEN SH3,000 ON BETTER DAYS,” LUCIA SAID DURING AN INTERVIEW WITH MATHREE MAGAZINE.
The mother of one added that she likes her job just like any other person.
