Gachagua’s Late Night Arrival at JKIA Surprises Kenyans

His Excellency Rigathi Gachagua, the Second in Command, has arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

Accompanied by his spouse, Pastor Dorcas Gachagua, the Deputy President returned to Kenya after a four-day trip to Belgium and Germany, where he engaged in significant diplomatic activities.

Video footage posted online reveals that the Deputy President’s plane touched down late in the evening.

Despite the airport’s provided lighting, the surroundings were shrouded in darkness, creating a dramatic contrast as he disembarked from his flight.

This homecoming marks an important moment in the Deputy President’s schedule, as he resumes his duties in Kenya after a productive international journey.

Immediately after landing, he walked for a few moments and found his motorcade comprising of a few high-end guzzlers waiting for him.

He entered and drove off to his official residence in Karen, Nairobi city.

Literally, the DP had missed several key events in the country especially the arrival and State Banquet organized by the President in honour of the visiting King Charles III and Queen Camilla of the United Kingdom.

He’s probably set to join the Head of State tomorrow in spearheading other key events regarding the 4-day state visit of the royal dignitaries.
